This simple hinge design will allow you make our table top fab 9 build table into a movable stand you can tilt 180 degrees to be able to easily weld all the way around. one part of the hinge welds to the centered edge of the table and the other side gets welded to a 2”x2” square tube leg. The table side gets a 1.25” OD x 1” ID needle bearing tacked to it. (link to the bearing below) the leg side gets a 1” OD tube welded to it that will slide into the bearing and a .500” bolt to lock them together.
